Their infrastructure is built from scraps and stolen technology, scavenged from ruins and hijacked vessels. Most of their equipment and vehicles are assembled from repurposed parts, making them masters of resourcefulness and improvisation.
Their culture draws inspiration from 15th-century pirates, blending the aesthetics of medieval armies with oceanic divers of the modern era. As a result, the Ocean Guild has become a feared force of economic influence, deception, and brutal efficiency.

The rumors of his true nature may be the only obstacle preventing the Guild from destroying one another.
